My notes on the beer: Aroma of beets, herbs, vegetables, skunk, dirt. Poured pink/amber/orange/ruby in color with a medium-sized, dense, slightly pink head that diminished but lasted throughout. Clear. Slightly sparkling. Full of tiny particles throughout. Flavor is lightly bitter. Tastes of vegetables, light grains, light malts, and herbs. Light to medium body. Tingly, dry texture.
