September 19 every year is a very special day: International Talk Like a Pirate Day! You may be asking yourself two questions, which I will endeavor to answer in the likely order that you thought them.
(Q) Why is there an International Talk Like a Pirate Day?
(A) Because there arrrr. Seriously, probably just because pirates rule and pirate lingo rules even more.
(Q) How do Cap’n Brit Cannonbait (Dana) & Cap’n Benjamin Bloodbeard (Taylor) plan to celebrate Talk Like a Pirate Day??
Obviously, first by figuring out our pirate names! Other activities may include: printing out some eye patches, potentially making a canon at work, printing out some decorative workplace signs, downloading this sweet app for our ayePhones…oh and we’re going to the Yankees game tonight.
