I love pumpkins almost as much as I love burgers, so I was psyched to see this beautiful example of the two at long last living in harmony on Serious Eats, one of my favorite blogs. What’s even better than the final product is the documentation of how it was made — and except for the paper, it’s all pumpkin. Awesome.
